01. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using this website or requesting repair, installation, and remodel services from Alta Home Pros, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions outlined in this agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, please refrain from using our digital tools and services.

02. Craftsman Services Provided

Alta Home Pros provides residential handyman repairs, replacement windows, architectural entry doors, finish carpentry, drywall repairs, and general home maintenance services across Boise and the Treasure Valley. All scopes of work are performed with craftsman-grade care and standard trade practices.

03. Custom Written Quotes & Pricing Policies

All pricing is delivered via custom written estimates following direct evaluation of your repair or installation scope. Estimates are complimentary within our core service area (Boise, Meridian, Eagle, Star, Nampa, Caldwell). For extended travel into mountain corridor communities (including Idaho City and Horseshoe Bend), a $30 trip fee applies to cover travel mileage, which is fully credited toward your project total upon authorization. Every project is quoted on individual repair scope rather than standardized packages or rigid arrival windows.

04. Contractor Registration & Trade Compliance

Workmanship is delivered under Idaho Registered Contractor #3171065 (Alta Window, Door, and Remodel LLC d/b/a Alta Home Pros). For specialized trade work exceeding general handyman scope, projects are coordinated in partnership with licensed trade partners.

05. Homeowner Responsibilities

Clients agree to provide safe, unimpeded access to the work area, disclose known structural or environmental hazards (such as pre-1978 lead paint or prior water intrusion), and furnish timely approvals for written change orders or project milestones.

06. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including imagery, photography, brand copy, design frameworks, and trade guides, is the intellectual property of Alta Home Pros and protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws.

07. Limitation of Liability

Alta Home Pros maintains general liability insurance for all operations. Under no circumstances shall Alta Home Pros be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from delays beyond reasonable control, pre-existing structural defects, or unauthorized homeowner modifications.

08. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Idaho. Any disputes arising from services or website usage shall be resolved within Ada County, Idaho.
