01. Information We Collect

We collect information you provide directly to us when you request an estimate, schedule repairs, fill out our quote wizard, or communicate with our craftsmen. This typically includes your name, email address, telephone number, job site location within our Treasure Valley service area, and specific project details (such as door dimensions, window types, drywall repair scope, or photos of the repair area).

02. How We Use Your Information

We use collected information exclusively to prepare custom written estimates, schedule craftsman service appointments, deliver contracted home improvement services, process invoices, and send project updates. We never monetize or sell homeowner data.

03. Information Sharing & Trade Partners

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties. Information is shared strictly when necessary with licensed trade partners (such as specialty mechanical, electrical, or plumbing trades) who collaborate directly on your project, or with trusted software infrastructure providers who maintain our estimate scheduling and messaging systems under rigorous confidentiality terms.

04. Data Security & Integrity

We maintain administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information against accidental, unlawful, or unauthorized destruction, loss, alteration, access, or disclosure. All digital communications and quote submissions are encrypted in transit.

05. Behavioral Analytics & Session Replay

We partner with Microsoft Clarity and Google Analytics to capture how you use and interact with our website through behavioral metrics, heatmaps, and session replay to improve user experience, optimize repair estimate workflows, and identify site errors. Website usage data is captured using first-party cookies and tracking technologies. All sensitive form entries, financial data, and personal contact fields are masked prior to transmission. For more information about how Microsoft collects and uses your data, visit the Microsoft Privacy Statement.
